I’ve always loved yoga for myself, to make my body and mind feel good. So when I found the Yoga Play Kit, I thought it would be the perfect activity for my two small kids to learn the glory of stretching and breathing. The illustrations and songs are so cute, and my kids love them. And I love that it teaches them calm-down skills in a fun way. When my two year old is melting down, my six year old will advise him to put his thumb and finger together and take a deep breath (and modifying, he says “Chris-cross applesauce is best, but we can’t do that in the car”). I mean, the toddler is still gonna melt down for a couple more years, but I love that he’ll have this skill for later! Maybe someday I’ll be able to practice yoga myself without a kid seeing my back and jumping on it, but at least for now we have something fun to do together!
We love how fun but calming this yoga play kit is. It’s been a wonderful way for us to connect as a family. Our favorite part is the music in the book.

My daughter loves the Yoga Play Kit. She likes to set everything up and recruit us to play with her. She'll push the buttons on the book, sing along to the songs, and show us how to do the yoga poses and breathing exercises. Sometimes she'll just play with the book and listen to the songs so we keep it on her bookshelf to grab it easily. Other times she's into spinning the arrow and putting the magnets on the board.

The yoga kit is very thoughtfully created for kids to be able to sit and calm down their bodies. It has a beautiful quality book full of songs and graphics to follow that makes it super engaging for the kids. All the other additions to the kit like the cards and spinner and magnetic board make it even more beautiful and enhance the experience for the kids. The beautiful bag to contain it all and store it safely until next time. I love playing with this kit even as an adult. No mistake in buying this kit!
My 2 kids and I play with the yoga play kit regularly! It not only teaches kids to be mindful and calm but it also connects us and brings us together as a family. With all the screen addiction and disconnection these days it’s so nice to have something that brings my family together in a healthy and fun way, that also teaches us to be mindful and open.
I tried introducing my daughter to yoga via YouTube videos but she had no interest. After playing with the playkit once she picked up on the storyline and movements so quickly because she loves songs and animals. The playkit is the perfect way to teach your little one yoga in an approachable way and we use it several times in a month.
