What is your return policy?

We want our games to bring you joy. If you choose to return your game, we accept unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

How do I request a return?

Email support@miniyogaclub.com to request a return. Please include:

Your order number
The item or items you would like to return
The reason for your return

We will email you step-by-step return instructions and a prepaid shipping label.

Is return shipping free?

The cost of the prepaid return shipping label is deducted from your total refund amount.

Can I exchange a product?

To exchange a product, please return the original item for a full refund, minus shipping, and purchase the new item separately. The return conditions above apply.

What if my game arrives damaged?

We do our best to make sure every game arrives in perfect condition, but damage can sometimes happen during shipping and handling. If your game arrives damaged or you are unhappy with it, please email support@miniyogaclub.com so we can help.
