Yes, if they are 4 years old and older. Younger children need adult supervision. The Singing Bowl should always be played while sitting down to avoid injuries. For the greatest impact on your child’s brain we recommended playing together.
Yes, it is strongly recommended using the Singing Bowl while playing with the Yoga Play Kit. Inside the Kit you will find the sound meditation song ‘When we hear the sound, we close our eyes” and that is the perfect moment to use the Singing Bowl.
At the beginning, we recommend using the Singing Bowl anytime during the day when your child is relatively regulated and calm. After you establish the use during calm moments, you can start introducing it when your child is having a hard time regulating. Every child id different, and we trust that you’ll find the right times for your child. Remember, modeling and consistency is the key for the greatest impact on your child’s brain.
