The Breathing Ball is recommended for ages 3 years and older per global toy regulations. From our experience 18 months and older can play with adult supervision.

How often should we use the Breathing Ball?

We recommend starting with once a week before bedtime or when your child is relatively calm. For the best result, incorporate the Breathing Ball into your bedtime routine. Soon, your child will start playing with the ball independently.

Can my child play with the Breathing Ball independently?

Yes, if they are 3 years and older, per global toy regulation recommendation. The Breathing Ball is designed for both independent play and co-play. For the greatest impact on your child’s brain we recommended playing together.

Can we use the breathing ball while playing with the Yoga Play Kit?

Yes, it is strongly recommended using the Breathing Ball while playing with the Yoga Play Kit. Inside the Kit you will find the breathing song ‘Smell the flower, blow the candle” and that is the perfect moment to use the breathing ball.

What is the best time of day to use the Breathing Ball?

At the beginning, we recommend using the Breathing Ball anytime during the day when your child is relatively regulated and calm. After you establish the use during calm moments, you can start to introduce it when your child is having a hard time regulating. Every child id different, and we trust you to find the right times for your child. Remember, modeling and consistency is the key for the greatest impact on your child’s brain.
